This is an on-going issue and Relic/Sega have been doing a poor job at handling the situation and I would like some clarity on this if possible since Sega scalefast customer service doesn't seem to have an idea. Perhaps, someone like @Kat_RE can shine some light on this problem.
I'm being told that the reason why they can't provide me a tracking number is due to my carrier not providing them a tracking number. However, I contacted my carrier (UPS) who in turn said that they do not provide tracking numbers to sellers and that they are automatically generated upon the creation of the label and that I should contact them again to make sure they actually sent the product out. So, it feels like Sega is withholding some sort of information such as they haven't even bothered to push out some copies at the moment 2 days prior to release.
