Economy – What’s wrong with it.
There are too few resource points on the map, leading to situation where the player controlling the middle resource points will inevitably win. The game needs more resource points with fewer income generation, and the game could even beneficiate from smaller resource points which can’t be reinforced, but can be upgraded, which would be easier to be taken by small forces, a similar approach than DoW2, after all the economy in DoW3 shares more similarities with DoW2 than DoW1. Moreover because there are so few resource points in the map players have the tendency to hold more on their positions in order to reinforce them. Having more resource points would inject some dynamism into the game as there would be more contentions on the map, again like DoW2 and even DoW1 for that matter.
Resource points need to be more specialized, meaning dedicated resource points to only energy or only requisition, in order to allow players to specialize more heavily their economy to reflect what army composition they want to choose.
Energy = Research + Vehicle
Requisition = Infantry + Resource Upgrade
Both = Heavy Infantry + Skimmer
