I can't take seriously a singular review that comes from non RTS player.
Which you are supposed to keep in mind when you read his review. All critics have their own biases. The idea is to find reviewers that line up with your biases so you can make an informed decision when you purchase.

You misunderstood me - RTS is extremely specific genre which is nowadays more of a niche, unless you are seasoned RTS player yourself, you don't really have the ability to create a review which would even address correct issues.
That's like your family doctor talking about brain surgery.
That's why reviews for the RTS and other less accessible, non casual genres shouldn't really be watched as anything else then entertainment when made by someone who isn't close to the genre.
I like his or Angry Joes reviews in general, but there are some genres they both are completely clueless about and instead of reviewing the game, its flaws and plus sides, they'll just drawn us in the flood of inaccurate words, which aren't convincing at all for seasoned players and uninformative for players foreign to the genre(who wouldn't stick to it on the most part anyway).
I DID click the like button. Definitely a lot of things that were frustrating to hear you talk about in such a negative manner, as a few times those things were not the case (although, some you sort of re-discussed late in the video).
I do, also, agree with a lot of the things you touched on (especially the QOL stuff).
I just hope that EVERYONE who watches...watches the whole video. The general nature of how the video's first 20 minutes or so play out, in my opinion, paint a very bad picture for the game but by the end you seem to have gained a bit more objectivity on certain things.
Of course this is your channel, I'm a nobody, and you can say whatever you want. I will say though, that I would recommend giving this game a shot. I do not feel it is "as flawed" as this review plays it out to be (BUT....it's not my review).
Huge fan, mean no harm.. just throwing out my opinion (and yes, I watched whole video).
This was my opinion (comment) of the video. It's a bit of a shame he is so negative in the beginning, a lot of people will not watch the whole video and that is all they will see. What can ya do?

That's a poor analogy. He plays lots of games, even RTS. Just because he doesn't play RTS at a pro level, doesn't mean he can't critique them. I mean he owns a SC 2 pro team and has done the play by play casting for SC2 tournaments.

That being said, campaign is on the weak side compared to previous dows, but rest of the game is pretty great and fun.
