I noticed that webway gateway is too op, even for asm spam. It heals in extremely large circle, boosts speed and move entire army to the oppposite corner of map in seconds. With teleport. Their all troops are coming from one building, which could be teleported. With mass rangers, orcs and marines can't counter that, the only chance is breaking economic during the 1st level. You just can't chase them. They can heal at any map point without any necessity to run to the nearest barrack. Whirlwind is not good at this due to very spread quite low damage and sounds of shots, which provides eldar troops with signal to retreat. If anyone knows counter to that, please share. I know that eldars are very mobile race but this mechanics and buffs seems to be overpowered.
Also lots of people are arguing that asm power swords are op, but striking scorpions deal more damage to buildings and troops than 2 asm squads with sword upgrade. With invisibility.
I think at least removing ability to heal from webway gates and cooldown to teleport only one builing at the moment in 1-2mins will make chances of all races more equal. They must spend resources on buildings, as like as other races, and not just spend them only on troops,vechicles and upgrades. This is crucial for 1st lvl.
