Why is Khorne having such a large role in the Dawn of War franchise?
First Dawn of War: Lord Bale of the Alpha Legion (formerly a Night Lord) is a worshipper of Khorne who prefers confrontation rather than the Alpha Legion manipulation. In the same game, Sindrii becomes a Daemon Prince of Khorne despite being a Sorcerer.
Winter Assault: There is a Chaos Sorcerer in a World Eater warband. Also, one mission even has you mind-controlling enemy to sacrifice them. How is Khorne supposed to be pleased with this?
Soulstorm: Carron is a Khornate fanatic with an unyielding hatred for metal boxes. Strangely, however, most of his followers are Slaaneshii. "They cum!".
Chaos Rising: The Black Legion leader of is a Chaos Lord of Khorne. This makes sense, though, as Araghst is the leader the Hounds of Abaddon, a division of the Black Legion which do worship Khorne more than the rest.
Retribution: The same daemon from the first game. Another Khornate psyker ascending to daemonhood. He has badass speeches, though.
Please, Relic. I can see more expansion coming. Please give us more Tzeentch and Slassnesh and less Khorne.
