Level 60 unlocks, armaments of war mod

Hi,
This is bugging me. I would like to see how each unit is at every level but, first I cant, and second, Im not level 60, of course.
I found the mod Armaments of War but the download link is down.
There is another mod from DOW2 vanilla and CR that works the same way, I think , so if anyone knows how to modify it to work with Retribution and add the IG I would be grateful.
The mod is this and its very interesting that it shows units at different levels.

For the first, you can contact Shuma about it, it's possible he still has those Armaments of War files somewhere. He is back again, so getting into contact with him probably wouldn't be a problem.

I think that the two mods I posted are created the same way but Im not sure because I dont know coding lol.
