Currently it is very hard to motivate oneself to play dawn of war 3, not just because of the bugs and balance issues but because of the lack of game modes.
-The campaign did have some entertaining elements in it however the story was bad and unlike the previous campaigns there’s no RP elements in it which means that once you finished the campaign it is very unlikely we’d be motivated to play it again.
-The powercore mode is an alright skirmish mode but it is the only mode available and it only really works for team matches. This got old really fast.
I believe that one of your main priorities should be to add more skirmish modes like real annihilation which works much better for 1v1, ffa and team-ffa matches, and victory points/victory objectives. The variation alone would help the game tremendously.
After you done this you should tweak the balance of the game as it has many issues that already been listed in various threads.
After all that is done you should bring back an improved version of the last stand however don’t make the mistake of just having two maps this time. Using the buggy world editor as an excuse is not okey. In case you guys forgot, there were plenty of modders for dawn of war 2 but very few map makers and there was a reason for that, your world editor sucks yet the world editor for dawn of war 3 is exactly the same as the previous one, down to the bugs.
