Been working on this build for a long time, finally re-ordered it today and it began to feel a lot more streamlined and stronger, so figured I'd share with everyone.

Doctrines -- Slow Death, Frag Grenade, Flex. (Flex meaning a flexible option depending on your opponents race and your own preferences.

Map Pressure, scouting, reaction from here. But you now have a well sized army, good kill potential with the flamer and ASM, and then spent good time beefing up your economy.
And its worth mentioning that you can actually use this to some ok effect against small numbers of falcons. Landing the ASM with PS jump stun will give you time to flamer them and root them in place with Slow Death. Then you have free dps time with ASM and KT with a rocket.
