This post describes what I encountered fighting orks as Eldar:
All my abilities were essentially locked out/down.
Yeah too much CC abilities is bad game design. Stun and taunt need diminishing returns
Truck spam is terribly strong. Just played a game where the opposing team didn't even need to leave their base to contest any resources and just went to Trucks and took map with Eldar backing it up. Map control meant nothing because Trucks and the storm boy ability exists on them.
They can 2 shot webway gates with the ability for basically the cost of a few grots you put in them to load up the abilities.
While yes I agree Eldar need nerf, the Ork CC is way too much and very strong on anyone who knows any type of RTS micro. Stormboy from Trucks, normal Elite Sotrmboyz, Trucks just launching units normally...there's way to much CC and all the early/mid game Elites feel completely unfair to armies.
Yesterday in 1vs1 I got my turret deleted by Stormboyz suicide with scrap. The guy had been using 2 Waaagh towers just for ammunition for the Stormboyz infinite range suicide, from his forward base (unimpregnable at that point). The he started to do the same with the core, which I had to surround by buildings XD. Really weird match. ++heresy redacted++ ++heresy redacted++ to have infinite range weapons if you ask me.
