Just released my latest creation from the Campaign multiplayer conversion.
This one is inspired by the Primarch Perturabo, and true to his nature, features a 2v2 map with incredibly fortified fortresses with redundancies. When designing it, I thought I wanted a narrow stretch leading to each base that allowed for a lot of catastrophic counterplays as people moved in on the enemy core. In order to finance your pushes, you have to move a good distance away from your fortress and the resource nodes themselves aren't all that defensible. I've also included a little bit of resource generation for each fortress. In the event the other player is closing in on you, you can still finance a small counter attack.
Perturabo has been so kind as to allocate you a few chaos war machines to aid in your defense.
The ruler tool let me keep this one fairly balanced without forcing it to become a complete mirror map. Give it a go, and let me know what you think.
