Background: Experienced RTS gamer. Played all dow titles and sc2 expert. Want this game to succeed? Primarily play SM so can only speak mostly for SM.
Gameplay: If it isn't already obvious by now, no one wants to show their units to the enemy so they basically hide behind their listening posts/shield gens and wait for enemy to assault LPs. Then counter picking. Plenty of time to queue up units to rock paper scissors.
1.Floating resources is not penalized. Float more money = higher income because of lower army requisition drain. Building the wrong units too early is far more punishing.
I have HIGH APM so I never float. I should be rewarded for optimizing my resources. I Should be rewarded for pumping out units consistently and using all gas.
2.Melee units high reward low risk. Caught by heavy bolter? Quickly jump out.do as you please. Devastation pin is horrible vs infantry but useful vs heroes. the devastator pin loses fights vs plasma squads. That means its best not to use the ability. ASM and banshees high reward low risk and easy to play with, NEEDS fixx asap.
Heavy Bolters should get rework to be different from lootas. Make them shorter range -20% range, increase setup time 2-3 times and increase damage output 2 x.
Wombo combo abilities too overpowered. Dropping ironclaw on mass infantry and vortex nade + tac flame + scout nade etc. key idea is execution of abilities + combo is overpowered. Abilities from other teams just as Overpowered.
5, drop pod choice> who is going to drop pod scouts? its mostly going to be dreadnoughts mostly then ASM and deathpods turrets. Drop pod should cost extra power + perhaps bonus dps temporarily. Dropping dreadnought is good, who is going to build dreadnoughts from machien cult and walk to enemy? Considering long cooldown of pods, its no brainer.
Plasma guns way too weak. Needs to be at least 2.25x damage boosted against infantry and increased 5x vs vehicles with ranged boosted by 30%.. FLAME TACS BEAT PLASMAS 1v1. at all levels.
Devastator lascannons max damage needs damage boosted by at least 2 times.
- Landspeeder needs to be a glass cannon, so more damage and less health. Otherwise buff lone wolf dps by 70%.
- Outcomes in game are binary, no point in sending 1 scout to poke shield generator, piss poor damage. blobbing overpowered. Outmaneuvering should be rewarded.
- Gameplay: Everyone is scared to move out and hiding.
11.Heavy bolter openings are horrible, because they get pushed back easily. Lack of reward.
- Building 1 scout for vision is way too good, vision is everything. Detection radius is too small of servitors.
Listening post doctrines are Overpowered, since they protect expensive investments.
req and power gens resource upgrades are too cheap to be replaced and snowball out of control late game.
Tankbustas are overpowered and so are the ork trukk launching ability. So much lag and can't avoid squads getting gibbed.
Scout snipers overwatch ability needs to be buffed hard.

Income rate of requistion to power extremely lopsided. Excess requisition.
Tacs squads normal dps too weak. Sit there all day.
melee heroes OP.
Inner base turret too much HP.
Disparity of damage > power swords are necessary vs structures and shield gens and ranged dps horrible vs structures.
- Orbital bombardment overpowered. I played many games with 30 supply vs 100 supply and I win.
- Pred Annihilator lascannons suck vs lvl 10 heroes. Dreadnought is much better use of gas.
- Game is too slow, needs more bumrush assault attack move, snowball ranged firepower.
- All buildings have too much health.
