I have 3 things I want to be looked at
First: The squad health mechanic needs an overhaul with current affairs with this system shields and heals are broken to beyond belief
Second: Area of Effect abilities either do too much damage or not enough but its normally the former. The over tuned AOE abilities are frustrating and frankly discouraging, they lack real impact and are just spectacles.
(Please get rid of whirlwinds)
Thirdly: Please add immunity to status effects that make sense. Every unit being vulnerable to all status effect is immersion breaking and looks silly
Feedback on balance:
Assault marines - these need to have their walking speed and charge speed duration reduced its feels like they are super fast making them impossible to kite and simply destroy squads too easily
Whirlwinds - please just gut this unit into the dirt and bury it under flesh and blood, seriously with current version of the whirlwind 3 of these can kill any line infantry and half health any vehicles. I'd like a cost be added to use their ability or just simply removed
Diomedes - giving shields and healing makes spacemarine invincible in melee combat making all attempts at melee combat futile. Change it to healing and shield to self while giving a stacking damage and damage resistance buff for every units death or tone down the numbers.
Standard - Have it so spacemarine need to have a unit on it all the time or allow the enemy to permanently capture it
Eldritch storm - completely underwhelming basically useless, add a stunning effect, more damage or stronger slow
Farseer Macha - lower the damage on psyker blast or remove the secondary effect its absolutely ridiculous how strong the banshee-Macha combo is
Doctrines - The one banshee doctrine that gives a shield every 6 kills need to be reworked or removed cause that mess be over power as mash potato with butter
Killa Kan - literally paper thin armour with next to insane damage like balance wots dat. These walking bundle of joy literally annihilates enemy knights with just a few of them. What can you do with this kite heavy unit literally feels like they are in the wrong army
Boyz - useless after first 10 mins I have no idea what to do literally cannon fodder unit, damage so low that I could spend the next year or so slugging it out with tactical marine and actually still lose. The fact that any upgrades is wasted on them by the time it hits phase 2 is absurd
Nobz - normal damage NORMAL DAMAGE. What happened to my raging monstrosity that smashes faces to a bloody paste these kittens cant even scratch someone let alone hurt them. If it wasnt for their explosive armour then they would be the same as cannon fodder as the boyz.
Doctrines - give the orks a turrent upgrade like why, why are you being so unfair to the orks
Space too stronk nerf pls

Orks is this a filler faction cause all I see is cannon fodder
