Ive seen this is a game breaking bug for many players. Its random for everyone; sometimes its mission 1, 3, 4, and 9. The button locks and it acts like we havent completed the mission. Reinstalling, beating it on different settings, and difficulties, doesnt fix it. I use the pause button on my keyboard during games, but Ive been doing that from mission 1 - 4. The only thing I can think of is I used "-dev" to cheat_revealall on a solo vs pc, I also downloaded a map mod to move camera around; I deleted all that, the only thing Ive yet to do is a full reformat of my PC (I doubt this is on my end anyway). If you are experiencing this GBB= game breaking bug, report it here with your PC specs, and maybe they will figure it out and get back to us.

Updated: I deleted the entire document folder and reinstalled game. Im still about to continue after every mission up to mission 4, the button is still locked. If this remains locked a month from now Ill wonder if we can get refunds? Id rather play this game cause Ive been waiting on it for 10 years, but Ill take a refund if I cant continue. Please, Devs figure this out and help us players who want to play the campaign.

Just a shot in the dark. but i heard already many People having bugs , Fps issues and more after using -dev in the start line .
can you remove -dev . after that pls delete anything in here "Documents/My Games/Dawn of War III /" Remove anything in here.
And try again . I can only think that -dev sets some values that arent meant for live play. even a reinstall could be needed.
TheCreature
Did all that, even a fresh install didnt work. But Ill try it again after the patch on the 20th.

Ok I was able to get past the 4th mission by deleting the DOW doc folder and a clean install, also I started on casual mission. The -dev in the launch settings could have been the problem all along, but the one thing I didnt try was starting over on casual, and all those combined are what fixed this problem... so far... we shall see.
