Well ladz, what do you think of the new patch?
I hope to see a bit more interesting use of Zapnoggin teleporting rather than just straight killy damage. Excited to see a bit less reliance on suicide bommas and trukks (although they still seem pretty ++heresy redacted++ good).
Overall it seems like the changes were relatively minor for us boyz. No more droppin bommas on generators and turrets to win, guess bomb-squigs will have to do.
Eldar sure got da bat though, hahaha, stupid poncy pointy-heads.

It looks to me like they used Orks as the standard to balance the other races around. There are less ork adjustments overall.
I'm glad they nerfed the suicide attacks with the Stormboys, it was getting silly.
I'm really happy about the pop cap reduction with Nobz. Two Nobz squads by themselves would add 50 pop and give you an upkeep hit. Fielding two Nobz at 32 will be much better. I like the buff to the Dreads too.
I'm mostly curious to see how the "turret nerf" in 1v1 affects the flow of the game. Overall, solid patch on paper!

I quite like the HP buff to shootas. At 840 HP they were below the threshold where they could get instagibbed by a lot of AOE abilities. At 1000 HP, they still get beat up but at least they don't get outright deleted. Adjustments to the other factions, like Jonah not being able to gib infinite squads and the Assault Leap/Quick Strike nerf helps their survivability as well.

So will people start using Mad Dredd now? I used Meganobz in 1v1 and sometimes 2v2 but Im considering Mad Dredd again after the small buff he got. His WAAAAGH! duration increase, how much is it?
