I don't know how many people have experienced this before in a dawn of war 3 multiplayer game, but this is a big issue and i'd like to address it. I am of coarse talking about the AI in this game. I am pretty sure many of you have played games that allows players to come back from a losing match after someone DCs or rage quit by replacing them with an AI. However in DOW3 it doesn't seems to be the case at all. Not only does AI get 3 TIMES the resources (Rough estimate please don't flame) and it also mass produces unit like crazy. For example you kill about 3 squads of their scouts or whatnot a minute later 4 squads comes. You are in a constant conflict everywhere, it also micro as a god in a sense that it sent units all over the map and aggressively pushes which ever lane its in which I have no problems about EXCEPT it has almost infinite units. Imagine killing a bunch of units top and you go bot to deal with the units bot just to realize 3 seconds later it has tanks and landspeeders top again! All this while two other players pressure you wherever they want. This is not giving players a chance to come back, its giving players a 99% chance to win. (Note that I am exaggerating here but with 2 really good players its really hard to win) It also for reason loves to push shield gens no matter the cost. Not only is this annoying to deal with but also frustrating. My last game that I played just 10 minutes ago before I wrote this had a leaver in the beginning while we were loading, he DCed. As a result we had to constantly deal with the AI pressuring top while 2 other players pressure bot. At the end of the game I check the results it has almost 3 TIMES the amount of units I produced and almost 2 TIMES the amount of resources. This is unacceptable and I hope Relic addresses this issue and fix this ASAP.

AIs tend to be terrible at placing and long term planning, and tend to be reactive. So I do think it is fair, since as a Human, you actually have a huge processing advantage over the AI.
You can force it to do certain moves, which end up being to your advantage.

That is exactly my point the AI is terrible in a sense that if you don't control the resources nodes it will just spam you to death. Also AI tends to be better than about 30% of the players. Its not that AI is unfair, but its potential to be very annoying and resource exhausting.

AI can't harass, AI can't micro, AI can't use abilities effectively, AI doesn't know how to spam vehicles when you should do it.
AI is completely horrible and all it can do is change into imperial guard zerg.
If it didn't had resource boost, the moment someone leaves the game, it would be completely unsalvagable GG, because you can't win team games with utter, braindead cripple, which AI most certainly is.

No. I prefer the AI we have now. Do i have to remind peeps of DoW 2 AI that only knew how to cap points.....

OMG yes. This AI is light years ahead of that.
Another thing is that the DOW2 AI seemed to save up for t3 super units(baneblades...) at the expense of doing anything else

I agree with OP, the AI should be toned down a bit.
Was having a very close match in a 3v3 when one of my mates got a dc. The AI was a monster! Its ability to be at every corner of the map at the same time is really scary. Add to that the crazy resource income and the opponents cannot really do anything. All you need to do is to support your AI and you win.
