How long should we wait?

Greetings. Already passed almost a month after the last update. There is already little time left for changing the balance. I hope the developers did not only change the balance, and there will be at least an announcement in the near future.

Since its called "august update", I'll go with 31st Aug. Its also Thursday so one of the proper patch days.
