Hi. Guys any one experiencing minor delay (like maybe half a sec) after clicking orders to your units (move for example)?
Check router, all ports for steam are forwarded? shitty provider? wifi? too far away?
Hi. Other games like counter strike, dota, heroes of the storm, DoW II Retribution works fine. Loading time in DoW III is ok too, campaign and training missions ok too only multiplayer has this bug. i finally have some time to play and this bug is killing all my fun. Sad.
wifi? lan cable? ports forwarded? you have to approaxh this structured
Hi. Its router connected to PC with cable. Iv asked my ISP to open ports from Ket_re's troubleshooting tips thread he said they all are opened.
u must forward in your router as well. u must get into the manual of your router to asure it bro
try to deinstall :
disable windows Firewall and windows defender completely.
try if its better.
then start enabling the stuff again and see what caused it
no man nothing. this is some kind of mystery. nothing helps. looks like its pointless. thanks for your help and sorry for taking your time. the funny thing is you are not even a relic staff and still trying to help me while they dont check this forum rofl.
i like their game more than they do lol. anyway, thanks for the compliments.
what you can still try:
windows-button (bottom left) and type 'msconfig' , then u check your whole 'windows startup' and remove everything except the most impottant. note that programs are still capable of running when you open them, but you dont start them with windows. u can remove basicly everything therr (i have nothing in my startup except logitech tool), it saves a lot of ressources. maybe thats the case , or a factor in your current problem
download DPC latency checker. juat google it. run it. its easy to underatand and what it does. it will give you an idea about your machines state of health. when you have issues thereit might be possible that you have an USB conflict causing this delay.
check for malware, maybe you constantly sending data due to malware. 'malware antibytes' is good. also try tonus Ad-aware , quick install, scan with it and deinstall it again.
when you're really into get it solved, consider uninstalling all programs u dont need from your hdd+ update your drivers manually. if you own an SSD consider reinstalling your OS entirely after you saved everything.
my guess is that its a mix of things. try 1-4 , if youre still desperate try 5 , reinstall OS
good luck man
