Which game did you start with, and how did you find it? How did you find Dawn of War?
I found DoW1 accidently, I was about 12 at the time (19 now) and because my parents didn't have a lot of money and a really bad computer, I just looked for free to play games on Steam and Demos.
I found dawn of war in the demo section, and probably put over 100 hours playing that one mission in the campaign that they allowed you to play, the fourth mission where you first kill a squiggoth. Then I found Winter Assault and probably put another 100 hours into just that one mission of the IG first mission. Dark Crusade I purchased, however I couldn't run it and we tried getting a refund because it was stuck at 100% download and wouldn't finish; of course no refunds at the time until years later, when they introduced it. When I could play dark crusade, my god I think I've close to 1000 hours on that game with mostly singleplayer and fighting against AI, not even counting the multiplayer. Then I tried the Soulstorm Demo, Loved the new Dark Eldar and how they played in the demo, I didn't purchase soulstorm until about 2013 I think, and I had owned retribution at the time but couldn't play that at all because I desperately needed a better PC. Once I got a better PC and purchased the THQ bundle, I played the dawn of war 2 series for so long, not nearly as much because I started getting really into school; I still play Retribution to this day, as well as Soulstorm occasionally.
That's how I found Dawn of War, how'd you find it?
