I made the space marine HQ to produce imperial guardsmen instead of tactical marines.
I didn't replace the unit, just cloned the IG from attributes/races/imperial_guard_campaign/line_units/imperial_guardsman to my_mod_attributes/races/space_marines/line_units/imperial_guardsman
Of course it didn't show their model for the first time but I already found out how precaching works and now they're in the game.
But my problem is, when I change their stats in the ebps file it won't change anything in the game.
By default they have 7 models per squad, requisition cost per model is 40, population cost per model is 2 and time to build per model is 2 seconds. (So they cost 400 requistion, 14 popcap and 14 seconds to build)
I want to change it to 20, 1 and 1. I did, but there is no change in the game.
I can change their squad size in the sbps file, default was 7 but changed it to 5 so they're not so expensive. Now with 5 models they cost 200, 10 and 10. So the sbps file works.
But I want to keep the default 7 models, just decrease their cost... why changing the attributes in the ebps file won't work?
