Venerable Dreadnought and Terminator's presence bug

Hello,
The problem has two aspects:
-first: this ability should start working, when elites join the battle, but it start working on the beginning of match,
-second: when you reinforcing units, new soldiers are beyond this ability... why?

Could you fix it with next update?
