FIXED: can't access Agents of Death Skin Pack

Hi guys, just a quick note. Previously we'd been doing one-off fixes for users who couldn't access these skins. This week, we're going to tackle the root issue which will fix it for any and all users having this trouble. I'll circle back when the fix is deployed.
