Anyone knows how to extract models from the game?

Hi, I am trying to extract some models and files, this piece of terrain specifically.

Seriously help would be greatly appreciated. I dont know what software I need to extract it nor where the files are located. If someone could tell me where or even perhaps provide me with the model it would be a life saver. Its from DOW 1.
