Lag and action delay issues.

So I recently reinstalled the game, and it was fine the first game I played, after that I had 2 seconds maybe even 2,5 delay on my actions. Also I was loosing connection and then reconecting resolting in 5 seconds delay. I tried games againts AI it works fine.
Wierd things is it lags even when I'm the host of the match.

My other games work fine, and my internet connection is good.

Does anybody have some ideas to solve this that I can try?
