DOW 2 Chaos Rising - post GFWL Last Stand progress wipe out

Hello Brothers.
After a very long while, I decided to come back to some LS action in both Retribution and Chaos Rising. Nothing's wrong with the former but the same can't be said about the latter as all my LS heroes are at the state as if I have never played this mode before.
I used to have every single hero at level 20, upgraded thrice and the time period I managed to achieve this was when Chaos Rising was associated with Games For Windows Live.
This is however only a theory that fits this fiasco. Even if the issue isn't born from the closure of GFWL, it still remains an issue that needs to be solved.

So the ultimate question is: Is there any way I can retrieve my Chaos Rising Last Stand progress back on my own? If not, can the developers do anything about it?
