How to obtain community (insider).

Hello,
I was an old Warhammer fan back in the early 2k. I have come back to playing warhammer 40k. I signed up to be an insider. My question is, How to become an insider and rejoin the community. I have DOWGOTY, DOWII and III. I am currently replaying all the campaigns for profile. I know to finish the campaigns, my second question is, since I had downloaded the clients from present and not when it came out the different DOW I, II, and II have their own client or was there a base client that held all expansions and game clients? I have forgotten everything but am slowly remembering the inside to the stories like GOTY, DOWIII, DOWII.

I think I wrote this before haha. Do you have to play the campaigns past casual for insider? I lost all memory of Warhammer since 2014.
