Soooo.... the question I want to here your guys opinion on right now, is do you think that GW will release anything for the Table top game when they eventually launch DoW3?

You know I really do hope so. They have a New CEO that is more in tune with it's audience than the past one "which in all honesty lived under a rock"
GW did release a Freeblade transfer sheer when the mobile game came out. I
f they play it smart then they should capitalize on the DOW release since WH total war really brought a lot of new costumers - BUT! well not really since the miniatures and setting they where looking for is no longer produced... - in this case the field has already been tested so with DOW it would be secure coin.
All they really need to do is release a Lady Solaria Transfer sheet and a Gabriel Angelos model with tartaros armor, if they also did a Farseer Macha that would be fantastic too thought. But hey, one step at a time dont you think?
It honestly would bring in more players. I know many people who would love to see it incorporated into a tabletop game. It would bring a fresh new perspective.
Actually, it seems like Games Workshop is moving the clock from 5 minutes to 1 minute to midnight in the 40k universe, campaigns such as Warzone Fenris, Shield of Baal, Kauyon, Mont'ka were already indicating the plot was on the brink of a respectable leap.
Then, lately Games Workshop has shown they have no problems in making huge changes to the fluff and crunch if they see things are not working, The End Times and Age of Sigmar are the clearest evidence they will have no qualms in being ruthless if things need to change.

With the current writters and designers this is not a good idea. 40K is a setting more than a story so moving it forward would mean changing the setting.
Granted there are many stories there but they dont affect the setting.
AOS and EOT where terribly in narrative and what killed WHFB was the fact that you needed a lot of models and that they where basically incredibly expensive. AOS however doesnt require you to have the massive amounts that WHFB did and so its way easier to afford.
Anyways if they could release a Gabriel Angelos figurine that would be the dream come true, been waiting for a figure of his since 2004.
I mean if this where the 90's they would had done so, they used to do that kind of stuff back in the day for their BL heroes you know but Gabriel Angelos its a way bigger name than most of those. He is the most iconic character of DOW and DOW its THE 40k Videogame.

Yeah, 5th edition BA codex had an entry for 999.M41 called Darkest Hour that included Leviathan and a daemon incursion led by Ka'Bandha approaching Baal. Shield of Baal takes place in 998.M41 and puts the Blood Angels in a much more favorable situation. So Shield of Baal is actually less "end times" than the previous codex, both in the timeline and in the seriousness of the situation.
I see, I am glad then.
All of this end of times fever its terrible and sort of pathetic.
The eye of terror campaign conclusion thought was great and I think could be used to push it on a further direction.
Still Abaddon will NOT have it easy to send his ships out of the EOT since Cadia is not completely their yet and cant be turned into a daemon world.

The problem is they straight up replaced the other game instead of making it this little side game you played as they had done with Warhammer Skirmish and other things. People who liked the more medieval big unit combat don't really have anything to play other than something which plays more like (kind of simplified) W40k. Having a small scale army in it isn't really that more expensive than owning a computer game unless you go for the ridiculous stuff, and so many of the previous models are barely worth using in the new game.

Shield of Baal went backwards in the timeline.

Altought I do know they are trying to retcon a lot of stuff while putting shenanigans like kauyon and warzone fenris.
