And if we see how many time and hard work relic need to make just elite and map , we can image the time needed for make entie new race , elites , doctrines , mechanic , etc ,etc for that race . Look , we cant compare content of dow1 to dow3 , in the past where game engine were simple , make more content , dlc , race , edit things were more easy ,game these day have new engine which is harder to make things , we can see clearly game in the past take few month to develope and have hundred time to finish where present game have many years to develope and just need few hours to finish

Relic will possibly launch 3 expansions (taking advantage of number 3 of this Dawn of war):
Dawn of War 3:
Space Marines
Eldars
Orks
1st Expansion:
Necrons
Forces of Chaos
2nd Expansion:
Imperial Guards
Tau
3rd Expansion:
Dark Eldars
Tyranids
you probably are dreaming because has no sense what are u saying, this game has start with a lot of hate and criticism, the base players can't arrive at 1.000 playing simultaneously, u really expect 2 races in a expansion when the expansions of DoW2 only have 1 ? Probably u try to defend with Dark Crusade or Soulstorm but that happened in 2008, times are different, u can try to be positive but try to be realistic too
Whatever about DoW2, in the most recent Relic RTS, company of heroes 2, The Western Front armies DLC added two armies: the US and Oberkommando west.
Personally I think we're getting way ahead of ourselves contemplating 2nd or 3rd expansions, but getting 2 armies in an expansion isn't out of the question.
Like it or not, Necrons will come first. The question at hand is what will come along with them. I vote for the races that didn't make it in DoW2: Tau, Dark Eldar and even, maybe, Sisters of Battle.
i for one am fine with any new race. they need to have interesting mechanics and design, though.
even though i must say i prefer Chaos and IG to arrive first as new races. cant wait to let my Defiler stalk the battlefields and have my Leaman Russ wreck havoc in this beautiful engine!

This happened because CoH 2 launched with only two factions, and given the nature of the game to pit allied and axis forces, adding one faction into the first expansion would tip the scales in favour of whichever side got it. USF and OKW had to be added simultaneously to retain an element of equal balance for both sides.
Now you could raise the argument that UKF were a lone expansion, but their addition was to address the grave inconsistencies between allied and axis winrates in large teamgames, where the Brits most mattered.
DoW III is unlikely to get two factions added at once for a number of reasons, but the ones that matter most to people I imagine are in-game balance and money.

I'm not sure they do. Tau and Necrons have been consistently powerful in tabletop and most of the hate comes from people who play against those armies. the logical reason for not adding them is because they would not as assuredly sell to people who have an animosity toward the faction.
Necrons would suffer from this less than Tau, so it's quite likely we'll see them soon, but don't be surprised if Tau never make it in. They're too similar within DoW to Imperial Guard, and would most likely foster a lot of abusive and toxic play (like how they are in Dark Crusade).

Actually, the original plan for CoH2 was solely focused on soviets vs eastern front germany, expanding current armies instead of adding new ones.
Only after release the plan was changed, likely due to backlash on DLC doctrines, which were a good idea to introduce content, but reception was bad, due to how terribly balanced they were(first iteration Baneblade Ace anyone?).
Adding UKF didn't addressed anything team games related anyway as UKF was not picked in all team games+it had so bad early game it often couldn't last until end game at first and axis late game was getting nerfed while allies one was getting buffed to be on pair.
True, I'm talking more nebulous, over the long run sort of things, but yes that is how it started.
I don't know if I quite agree with what you say about UKF not addressing things. It's obviously more compelx than that but that really did seem to be their purpose when added.
I would pay £10 to D/L the Necron race as DLC. £20 for Necron race + new short campaign featuring them. £30 for the race, DoW2 style campaign, and free fluffy Necron toy.

.... Are you serious.
If by any chance they don't have the money or are unwilling to expend it on making a expansion, what do you suggest for us to have, at least, new races ingame then? mods?! please.
I think the first race will be Chaos and IG, simply because they already have voices, answers, reactitions, units, etc. With all that I doubt that they put themselves to do others and waste the time that has been to create them. It is rare not see a first DLC with necrons but given the poor success that has had this game I don't think they can afford to waste anything. Besides, both IG and Chaos are main races of this saga, it is something safe.

If they are unwilling to spend money to make expansion or dlc DoW 3 there wont be races. Devs gotta make money somehow. Thats why they need to start charging dor DLC that is worth it
You don't seem to understand my point so let me be more clear: if they are unwilling to spend money creating a expasion, but the remaining fans still want to see new armies, and maybe new units, the best course of action is to create paid DLCs because not only it requires less resources and workforce to make, but can also generate some revenue due to cost-profit factor. It's a perfectly reasonable solution to keep new content comming in a case when Relic wouldn't invest on a expasion
That's gonna sound pretty mad, but for the first time in my life, I don't agree with stuff being handed out for free. Relic puts shitload of work in new skins we get, both from artist perspective and even voice acting. While charging for new Elites and maps will be wrong in principle, I'm pretty sure most companies wouldn't shy away from it. Relic gives TOO MUCH stuff for free, I wouldn't mind paying for some new skins that are coming (you can check them out in latest vids) which are pretty awesome. So, Relic is either feeling too guilty and trying to make up, or they simply swimming in cash and don't need any investment... I seriously hope it the latter. On pragmatic note, there's no way skins can win over some players, so even if they have sufficient funding, I still don't see why they refuse to charge for them.
I like to praise Total War Warhammer a lot here, but they did outrageous stuff like charging for Blood, and single Hero units which affect gameplay in straightest way possible, and it's big no-no to do. Relic never went down on that level (yet) and deserves big props for it.

This is the sort of stuff I was suggesting that they'd release given the game's post-release standing. They can't look like they're abandoning the game outright, so they throw the remaining fans a bone every once in awhile in the form of skins, elites, maps etc. Maybe you'll get a new race, maybe some missions or game modes, but I find it unlikely we'll see significant, meaningful content updates.

It's not so improbable. It's much more likely that we don't get any true "expansions" at all, rather DLC addons for the base game much like in CoH 2.
