I was wondering what would happen if say, in multiplayer two opposing space marine players happen to fire their orbital beams at one another and the beams coincidentally meet one another :O
... probably nothing but I'm imagining what could happen. Like maybe you want to stop Player A's beam from wiping out your retreating troops, so you fire your own beam at the opposing player's to 'cancel out' their superweapon. Maybe cause this mega wide explosion from the chain reaction that will deal a lot of damage and destruction to anyone from both sides near the impact zone.

I guess there wont be a special effect to it. But a massive, destruction bringing laser sounds sweet
Even though the current single laser is already very very strong.
