1) In game ID
2) Date / Either 13th or 14th (Can apply for both dates)
3) Faction / Can sign up for multiple factions as long as you have 150 wins for that faction
4) Whether you participated in MRT in the past more than 2 times

The sign up date is stated wrong. It is Either 18th or 19th and can be both.
