I had a topic here before on a bug in DoW Soulstorm on online multiplayer games getting stuck after countdown when the "Transferring Badges" screen shows. There are also a lot of players getting dropped at the start of an online multiplayer game.

There also seem to be some Gamespy code left overs in the DoW Soulstorm multiplayer startup script for example.
