Does anyone know how to fight against Necrons in DoW since they seem pretty much OP to me and to anyone, if I even want to play a normal game I have to create a lobby with inscription "No Necrons, no random". Any Guide or help is appreciated
Try using early reaper or guardian squads to fight off their lord. Prevent them from building generators early on. Use fleet of foot to avoid the melee of the necron lord and flayed ones.Whatever happens don't engage in melee with flayed ones with banshees. In late game use fire dragons to harass their base.Eldar are a perfect counter to necron

@Saffron Assuming you are looking at a direct confrontation instead of and hit and run tactics, Howling Banshees provide a good tanking, entangling unit for Necron infantry, so use at least 3 squads out of your cap on these. Wraithlords are good tanking/DPS unit and should make up a decent percentage of your vehical population. Dark Reapers and Fire Dragons can deliver good anti heavy-infantry and anti-vehical DPS respectively over your forward line. A squad of rangers can also lower morale and therefore reduce your opponents DPS. An Avatar if you can survive till that tech tier is also a good fielding option, but you can delete units to free up that 5 or so population when it becomes available. The rest of your vehical cap can be made up elements like falcon gravs, fire prisms, etc.

The most useful way to beat Necrons is by pressuring them from start to finish. That means you initiate the fight early game, and do not allow Necrons to take all of his points, constantly kill his army, builders, buildings, gain map domination, and exterminate them. There are plenty of videos for Soulstorm displaying how Necrons get wrecked.
I am Necron player don't even know why i would tell someone how to destroy my fav faction but these are just some general tips that would work for any race...

Thank you for the tips, so basicly I do blitzkrieg if they don't have Necron lord
To annihilate Necrons use specialized units against their troops.
Necron Lord, Common Necrons, Immortals can be suppressed by Rangers extremily effective. Rangers with Howling Banshee are excellent combination against them. They both can shoot down their battle morale and render them weak, Banshee also will protect Rangers from melee assaults. It is the most useful in early stages. Farseer's abilities are another solution to win the battle.
Flayers can deal a big trouble, if you fight them with melee units. Their demoralizing ability is strong, but they cannot shoot totally. Dark Reapers and Warp Spiders counter them excellently. If flayers get too close to your units, run out with Fleet of Foot for Dark Reapers and teleports for Warp Spiders.
Wraiths can be killed by both ranged units (Before they reach them) and melee units. They are tactical units, not assault so I don't think you will have problems with them. Don't forget to kill them fastly if you use Rangers.
Pariahs can be defeated by Seer Council, it is one of the best way to crush them. Wraithlords are effective too. If you can't use these units - use two squads - one melee and one distance like Warp Spiders or Dark Reapers with Howling Banshee.
Fire Dragons are great against all vehicles and Restored Monolith. Two-three squads in army is enough. You should protect them from infantry. Fire Dragons with Wraithlords can destroy every necrons' vehicles, including Monolith.
Hit-and-run tactics with Warp Spiders is highly useful. You can sabotage Necron's base and destroy their Summoning cores to deprive them of strong units.
And Avatar of Khaine can not only attack them, but also take hundreds of damage, protecting your infantry.
Though it is a month old since last reply, I'd like to add something. I personally do not recommend to use dark reapers nor fire dragons that much. The necron lord just teleports in your reaper squads and use that damned green fog attack, making them useless. And he can let flayed ones spawn between them. Howling banshee squads are good for about 95% of that what necrons throw at you. They can beat every squad with exception of the pariah. Call for war research is a must. And attach a farseer to increase their armor.
There are 2 reasons you don't want to waste prescious pop cap on firedragons. First; they have no range. Second; the damage is ...meh.. mkay.. The most effective anti vehicles weapon are your wraithlords with brightlances. Don't forget to put them on ranged weapon mode.
There is a 'but' though. One of the best tactics you can do as eldar is to stuff 3 fire dragon and 2 banshee squads in 4 falcon grav tanks, distract him first than fly your troops in from behind and knock out his monolith before he notices it. The banshees can protect the fire dragons from melee, while the firedragons and the falcon's brightlances can make short work of that monolith.
The real secret weapon of the eldar arsenal are the brightlance platforms. Those don't do damage but they neutralize enemy armor. If you use 6 wraithlords and 2 brightlance platforms, you will drop a fully restored monolith in mere seconds. It takes about 4 or 5 volleys. The platforms also work against infantry. So when your banshees are going to chop up some pariahs or whatever, support them with a brightlance so they can chop them 2x as fast.
And ofcourse warpspiders are always good units. If you get your 3 warpspider squads an a seer council, spend the rest on banshees and perhaps 2 harelquins (though I rarely use them myself) and buy wraithlords with brightlances and brightlance platforms, than you cannot possibly lose. I holy believe that the necrons are by far the weakest race in the game. I do not really rangers that often, they do poor damage and flayed ones nor pariahs have morale to break so.. and normal necrons are no match for banshees.
I do not recommend fire prisms nor vypers for they do not work with melee units. They'd blast your banshees as hard as the necrons.
The best thing you can do is to go for the obelisks first to limit his production time as well as pop cap. +necrons are slow and can teleport to any of their buildings. If you destroy obelisks in the field you severly limit his moving capabilities also.

@Saffron Which race were you trying to fight them with? Or would you prefer a faction non-specific answer?
I am no expert but, I will try and suggest some of the tactics that worked for me.
