Not sure if I signed up the for newsletter initially when the forums launched, but signed up again. Wish i'd have gotten a confirmation email or something.
I cant sing up for beta, i got the letter, but there no link to beta, i can make review but how? I didnt play in beta. I sing up here, but when i go to the main page, i didnt sing up, what i should do? Wanna play! Help.

For some reason I had this severely pessimistic notion that regardless of the state of the forums the devs wouldn't be changing all that much this late in the game. That is awesome. (I hated the outlines also).
...heh, probably still not going to post my overarching "suggestion" because I doubt they'll want to rerecord all the voices for the Orks. Oh well, change is progress and going from gutteral, beastial bio weapon to slightly miffed Cockney is change I guess.
Ok, one thing I would happily petition for is the option to turn special ability Friendly Fire on, at least for casual games.

I Hate trying to respond to stuff on my phone. I hit "post comment" in the thread about unit outlines being optional, (hence my enthusiastic response), and apparently my jacked up digitizer back buttoned me to this thread, which I had been reading immediately prior. I apologize all.
But yeah, totally about the voices. In and of themselves the accents are fine, just wanted a more porcine / ursine / basically animalistic growly gargliness underneath 'em.
They sound a bit like background characters in a Monty Python skit.
They do. Btw the original actor who voiced them in the previous dows are present here as well. Sadly he only voices the sluggas now as far as I know.
(I think he and Gorgutz are who sounds like an actual ork)
The funny thing is I even remember the devolper saying that orks are funny from outside of the setting but upclose they are horrible and scary, it is kinda hard to belive with most of the voice choices.
Could you or someone else check or change our subscription @Kat_RE? I got updates from DoW2, CoH2, MWNL, etc. but didn't get the link to subsribe to beta. And changing a mail to some I am not actively using is not that good an idea.
