I have to say that I just think of it after my last post and I have a different purpose, so I make a new post.
Many players do disappoint about the feeling of MOBA like elements in DoW3. So, if we change the Skin, the Name and some Mechanics, could this "ease" the disappointment of players?
Part I - the name of objectives.
[I] Power Core.
A. SM - Emperor's Shrine.
B. Eldar - Khaine's Altar.

[II] Turret.
A. SM - Emperor's Fist.
B. Eldar - Khaine's Will.

Part II - the skin of objectives.
Well, I hope you can make better skins, because I am bad at art.

Part III - To change some Mechanics.
[I] To change the name - from Power Core mode to "Protect Relic" mode.
[II] Turret becomes a Shield Turret and Shield Generator becomes an Energy Outpost.
[III] Now, players do not require to destroy the "Shield Generator" and "Turret" and then they can attack the "Power Core" directly, but the "Power Core" has a lot of Shield HP and fast restore speed of Shield.
[IV] Thus, players can choose to destroy the objectives one by one or just go strait for the "Power Core"
[V] If players do destroy the Shield Generator and then the restore speed of Power Core's Shield will become slow.
[IV] If players do destroy the Energy Turret and then the Shield HP of Power Core will be decreased.
I hope this could "ease" the disappointment of players.

This.. If I'm going to destroy the same "ancient" every game at least make them different in each map , I already said this, if not game could be boring and the actual core looks that was taken from sc2 it doesn't look like anything related to 40k, and no, don't charge me for a different core or skin ... Adding classic maps too would be nice and more space in maps for battles, all I see are 3 lanes....

Hmm it would be nice to have faction based ones, I wouldn't want map ones as it just adds another barrier to making new maps or all custom maps have the same ones.
I think that if the game play is there once we are in and playing then destroying the same building easy time wont be an issue.

You put effort in your posts but i am preeeetty sure Relic didnt just slap some random skin on these objects, put them in the game and tells you to destroy them to win.
Its very likely we will explore the purpose of these buildings in the campaign and why we would want to defend them or destroy the enemy's. They will have some lore and background. Maybe these are relics made by the Old ones? Could be anything. But i am very confident they did not make these objects not factionrelated for budget reasons.
Also this would not make anyone who is opposing the current mp mode feel less negative. Either you are open to new ideas or youre not.
Fun fact: Almost all of the current "haters" will buy the game anyways.

So it is ok to have 2 in a 1v1? the same core? in all the maps no matter the enviroment? that doesn't make any sense it is better to have something related to the race you are using instead a random core

Gaming forums are always 75% negative, no matter what is good or bad about the game. And lets not claim Youtube comments have any value, they are always negative and knee-jerk.
Besides, most of the hate towards the new mode has nothing to do with actual gameplay, just general anti-MOBA prejudice. People hated the mode before they even saw any leaked footage. They just made assumptions and ran to the forums as soon as they saw a couple of article headlines with the world MOBA in it.

This is the last straw for me. The MP was the reason for every single Relic RTS I bought so far but this is so thoroughly disappointing that I simply can't buy it, even though I'm interested in the story. ONE mode for MP that looks like DOTA is just sad, if this was April the 1st I'd assume they are simply trying to fool us. How many more parallels to Mobas or SC do we need so even the last white knight will have to stop defending this rip-off? Arch warhammer really nailed it with his criticism - like many others he saw it comin from the very beginning, and with every passing day it get's clearer that relic is trying desperately to copy it's competitors instead of sticking with their own RTS heritage.

I don't think it will ease the disappointment of those disappointed. At least, not enough to change their minds. But the promise of a victory point or classic annihilation mode might.
As for myself, I do like the faction themed objects better. I don't think they'd work in 2v2 and 3v3 because of the mixed teams, but they could in 1v1 and would give a better flavor.

Thats like the first issue that comes up in my mind, also if having a different 3d model for those objective made people less "shocked/upset" it would means that they cant get past/are unwilling to look beyond a simple asset

While i like Arch Warhammers Lore videos the guy is mostly ranting for the sake of ranting. Creating views because people like to bash. This is ofc only an assumption of mine, but many youtubers do that. He is babbling about how dumb it is that Dreadnoughts can hide in the tall grass.

Yes - a lot of nitpicking done in general for DoW3 to claim that the entire game doesn't make sense. Gabreil's "Mario jump" being a constant complaint is a prime example. I've even see people say they won't buy the game because of this (lol...right). It might not make a whole lot of sense, true - but this is frickin' 40k - a sci-fi setting so fantastic and over the top that a lot of the fluff is already non-sensical. For example, you could easily explain away Gabriel's ability to jump being the result of special terminator armor with his cyborg-limbs (he basically is half-robot after Retribution) - after all, he is Chapter Master!
Or label the game a "MOBA" and bash it for that - as if having MOBA elements is inherently a bad thing for DoW3.
The game has a lot of potential - this is a new, yet familiar, way to play RTS that will open up new strategies and ways to play the game - do you push straight for the objectives or do you control the peripheral resource points first? Do you rush the core or take apart his base piece-meal? Do you rush or tech because of this?

If we change it from Fixed Tied to Hard Tied and then players can have more choice to take.
For now, players only can do is to destroy the shield generator and then to destroy the turret and then to destroy the power core and it's a fixed tied mode.
If we change it becomes a Hard Tied mode and then players can have more choice to take.
[1] Players can choose to destroy the power core directly, but they have to deal with Buff Shield provided by turret and shield generator.
[2] Players can choose to destroy the turret to decrease the Shield HP of power core and to decrease the further defensive capability of rival.
[3] Players can choose to destroy the shield generator to decrease the Shield Restore Speed of power core and to decrease the further defensive capability of rival.

Just like with any product, the most visible persons on the community are the people unhappy with the product. On average, a person happy with a product tell that they are happy to 1 other (most of the time a relative), and a person who isn't happy will tell 10 others (at least that's the figures I've been told about in class). Bad buzz travals way faster, this has always been the case.
That's not a bad idea actually. I'm okay with the mode as is, but if correctly balanced your system would have the same effect, while sometimes rewarding clever people who managed to bypass the defenses of their opponent(s).

I'm really tired of people making excuses like " hey it's new, it's different, thus it's better". No it's not. If you don't want to see it, that's your right but it's ++heresy redacted++ freckin close to both Dota and SC. 3 Attack lanes, turrets and generators and some ancient that musn't get destroyed? Are you seriously trying to tell me you have never seen that approach before? Anyone can see that if he isn't completely biased towards relic.
This is supposed to be DoW III for the love of the emperor, if they wanted to make somehting new aka Starcafty with a dose of Moba, than make a new IP! DoW III is like a butcher selling veggy goods but labeling them 100% meat....

You may or may not like this new game mode, but the game mode wasn't something making DOW serie what it was.
edit : actually, there IS something in DOW1&2 that was unique to DOW and that's not in DOW3 anymore, at least with what we have seen until now : squad leaders.

Because you are post fact. Praise be to our new society where people just see the "facts" that matches their opinion while ignoring the rest. "closer to" "similarities" that weren't in the previous games is a valid point and you go " but it ain't starcarft" - on that basis there's no discussing with you. Dota has 3 attack lanes with turrets defending and a core, the new DoW III MP does aswell, not mention the OP Heros. If that isn't similar in your books, well then you just are an apologist that doesn't want to see it.

Oh don't pretend you are actually asking seriously when I quoted the dude who sais " He has no facts" and then go " oh yeah I can see the similarities". It's not a personal opinion when there are so blatanly obvious elements of several different RTS and Moba games being put in while other defining factors of the DoW are being removed in return (Cover, Sync kills etc). All of these have been discussed ad absurdum. Same goes for the starcraft-y things like the smoke and grass cover, the general visual appearance etc. The trend is perfectly clear, the intention of relic very obvious - to jump on the badn wagon. And I can critize that. Me hating that is a personal opinion but the existence of said elements is not.
What defines both DoW and relic RTS has been dicussed aswell. If elements only found in relic RTS are being replaced with elements from other games, than it is absolutely reasonable to say that DoW III has lost much of it's appeal as part of this series. People expect certain traits connected to an IP, to a name. That's what I expressed before and which was labeld a subjective take on the matter, when it's not. The Moba elements this game adopts, the less it is a RTS yet it's supposed to be the sequal to relics famously unique RTS series named DoW.
The apologists on the other hand pretend it's just a new, unqiue relic approach and it's "not Dota" since there are still 40k elements left. Black and white... that doesn't make it any better or entirely different. If f.e. 60% of the game are taken from SC or Dota etc I can point that out and dislike it saying it's not DoW while you can "not mind" that. Doesn't make me objectively wrong about the "close to" part. And I can certainly criticize people for denying these similarities - it's not the same as disliking their indifference of even support of this all "new" cough approach of relics.
