Failed to create dump file

So i love playing DoW Soulstorm.
And i installed the mod "Titanium Wars" which was running perfectly fine on my old pc.

Now i get the Dumpfile errror on my new pc (which is much better than the old one) even tho i have 16 gig ram.

how can i increase the memory usage of soulstorm so that it doesnt only use 2 gig?

Soulstorm is a 32-bit executable which means even on a 64-bit system it is bound by memory constraints. This means it can normally only use up to a maximum of 2GB, (or 3GB if you enable PAE (Physical Address Extension) - depending on the version of your operating system).

It's simply a limitation of the age of the game combined with the size of the mod you're using.

The thing is that it was running perfectly fine on my old PC (with the mod)

THe only difference is that my new pc is simply better >_<

Odds are you got lucky beforehand, and / or you had some custom setting on your old PC that allowed for 3GB memory usage on soulstorm.exe.

I recommend posting on this site - http://forums.relicnews.com/forumdisplay.php?96-Dawn-of-War-Adeptus-Modificatus - to get advice from modders on how to extend Soulstorm's memory usage.
