Future elite warlock thoughts

I was thinking "where are the warlocks or seer councils?" i think it would be awesome to have a more melee oriented version of macha((basically what warlocks are to farseers) still using psychic powers but rather then DOW2's warlock perhaps he makes his attacks stronger with psychic energy or something what do you think? And what would imagine him being/doing besides a nuker.
