In my opinion it is too strong. Sure it's expensive as hell, but a shooting drop pod is a guranteed win of the battle or a forced retreat of the enemy. I would like to see a lower in DPS of maybe 10% for the beginning
I'm sorry, but if you don't even know what the thing is named than you should not be complaining about it.
Also, if your suggestion is to reduce its damage by 10% than it's really extremely minute. And, if your suggestion comes with a clause to where the damage nerf should fade away as the escalation continues than it doesn't even sound like it's really a problem.
It costs 500 req and 50 power and takes over a minute to arrive. Then, when it does arrive, it dies quickly to any armor-piercing attacks but it drops infantry like flies if it's ignored. But it's easily run away from and costs more than an Assault Marine unit.

You are aware that some people playing the game in their native language that is not English and therefore have different names for units? ^^
Then use the name, I don't care which. The idea that you have any idea what you're talking about is what I'm looking for. You are aware that it is very common for people to complain that something is too powerful even though they've never used it themselves and don't actually know anything about it except from the perspective of having it used against them.

Do you have your days or something? Never saw you that bitchy before, and we have quite often argued here.

Lmao. Yeah, y'know, half way through responding I saw your name and thought "He(?) probably knows what he is talking about," because I've discussed this game with you already. I don't mean to be bitchy, but I'm really sick of people coming onto the forums and saying, for example "Jump Marines are overpowered! There is no counter! They can jump like 3 or 4 times and can cut through my listening post and generator in seconds." Because they've never played as Space Marines and they've never used Assault Marines. They don't realize that they need a doctrine for the extra jump, they don't realize that they need to purchase a power sword upgrade in order to decimate structures.
When I read this post that you posted, I initially thought "well, has he even used this drop pod? Unlikely, he doesn't even know what it's called. He probably has been killed by one a few times in his matches and is tired of it and wants it nerfed." Then I saw that it was you and I hesitated a bit, but I decided to post anyway.
My point, now that I'm not being bitchy, is that it goes a long way to imply that you are a well-informed gamer and aren't just salty because you keep getting stomped by the same unit or tactic.

Early/mid game it´s a huge investment, so it MUST mean a win/forced retreat. Late game you can focus fire it and it goes down FAST. And it just tickles vehicles. And it takes 90 freaking seconds to build it.
Agree. People are complaining without trying it themselves. It costs a lot and dies in a minute. You can't place somewhere else once you drop it. Enemy just can run away. And it affects economy a lot in early making advantage to opponent. Don't ask relic to make it a garbage as like as tsm with bolters and grenades with shoot on move doctrine.

It is actually okay as it is, because it lasts for less then minute and is very expensive.
