Wraith Knight's Command -Teleport Beacon. So this doctrine is mostly fine the only thing that I have a problem with it is that the teleport beacon that they place only last for about 0:40 on top of that they have a slow move speed and long set up time. By the time you get into range you only get off a few shots before the timer runs out this doctrine should last at least 1:00 maybe even 1:20
:Macha's Command - Enhanced Battle Focus. This doctrine is punishing. the fire rate increase is nice but it drains way way too much of the shield per shot what appears to be 1/5 max shield per shot leaving you with no shield without taking any damage this buff should drain more along the lines of half of it's shields after it's full duration.
Reaper Focus. I don't actually have a problem with this doctrine per se it just seems redundant considering Ranger Focus provides the same buff but is much stronger than the Reaper Focus. Reaper Focus really is just a nerfed Ranger Focus so why get it?
Wraith Lord's Command- Improved Webways. Removing the tier 1 teleport seemed like a mistake to me i myself only used the ranger spam with it once but i ran into it plenty and the teleporting webway never seemed to be the problem I could usually win against the initial push but it was impossible to kill the webway after i had won the battle and that to me appeared to be the real problem with it simply that they couldn't get punished for doing the early rush. So I think the best idea would be to bring it back but give the webway scaling hp based on whatever tier you are at that way early its actually possible to kill after the battle or maybe even during if played well and late game it won't be paper.
Temporal Stun. Ok so this gives a 0 damage slow field a stun after its duration which sounds cool and all until you realise it takes 15 seconds for you to deploy and finnish the slow to get that stun (never going to happen) on top of that the ability this buffs has no range what so ever meaning you have to add the time its going to take you just to fly in and out of position for a skill that will most likely still just be a slow not a stun because its not that strong of a slow or wide of an aoe no one ever stays in it for the full duration.
doesn't really work but idk what should be done about this one.
Deployable Energy Shield. I feel that If I have a doctrine upgrading one of my units with an ability I shouldn't have to pay for it with ingame money aswell I already sacrificed a doctrine slot and I know 200 req isn't expensive but would not make more sense to just have it be 1 builder 1 wall with a max wall limit per player if you fear wall spam?
I'm sure everyone will have good input even and if it's hate let me know I want to know how other feel about these doctrine in general.

Eldar doctrines are worthless. The whole race needs to be redesigned from the ground up. They are the hardest and least rewarding race to use with the worst vehicles in the game.
MaxwellsDaemon
The hole race doesn't need to be redesigned....just some of the doctrines and mechanics need to be actually looked at by someone who plays the game multiplayer and the race.
Some of them are so worthless it's hilarious.
The temporal stun is the funniest...used it a couple of times optimistically and it literally does nothing.
Schaden
All of the doctrines arnt worthless but the units they buff simply lackluster and I get that I plan on making an eldar unit post next after in done with my day. These doctrine to me just seem to be the actually worthless ones any opinions on these or other doctrine specifically?
MrBenis
Yes the whole race needs a redesign. It is the worst early game and worst late game race by a country mile.
jonoliveira12
Not the whole race, but all Eldar T1 needs to be looked at, T2 onwards is fine for the most part.

@MrBenis
I think you're overexaggerating slightly.
They are the weakest imo at all stages of the game but it can be brought into line with a few tweaks here and there.....remember one patch ago they were easily the strongest.
I'm sure it will be fixed- I'm presently more interested in flavour decisions.

I disagree. Play me 1v1 as any race and I'm betting I will thrash you with Eldar in the early game.
You are stating your opinion as fact. Do you have any credibility to back up your claims?
Eldar players on the ladder with 30+ win streaks don't seem to be having your problems.
Schaden
I think ever one is getting a little sidetracked and defensive. Let's talk about the eldar doctrine here and make a different post for everything else.
Schaden
They don't think they where the strongest last patch you and many others think that because of the 1 eldar strat with the tier 1 webway that 80% of eldar players did and then they nerfed every unit I think my option for the early webway rush is all that really needed to be done to bring them into line.
PaperBaG
Umm what players? They either switched or stopped playing. The race defiantly needs some love, on top of the hard early game units like wraith blades and prism are really weak for their cost and need to go to t3 to unlock.

There are more Eldar who haven't been playing since the patch, that is true. However, i don't think it is of the realm of possibility that those players were just abusing the overpoweredness for wins and don't want to risk losing their rating. The ladder is kind of borked now because of it, and probably from how Relic calculates ratings, and undoubtedly many of those player just hopped to SM since they seem pretty OP now. Can't agree with you enough that ladder reset is in order after these big balance patches. Though when you look at the Eldar ladder, it doesn't seem significantly different from others in terms of active players or records.
At the top of current active players we have Babybyu with 92% win rate and 35+ win streak last played 23 hours ago.
About half of the Eldar ladder hasn't played in more than 12 days. Presumably they stopped playing Eldar right after the patch without trying or hopped to the more OP faction to fulfill their play2win needs. For Orks, its approximately a 3rd.
Counting the number of players on the Ork ladder who have played less than 4 days ago, there are 37
Counting the number of players on the Eldar ladder who have played less than 4 days ago, there are 25.
This doesn't paint an exact picture due to the newer players on the ladder but I think this tells us that out of the remaining players who didn't stop playing Eldar immediately after the patch, roughly half of them are still active, and the same is true for Ork.

Falcon, Banshee and the Listening Post doctrines are good and honestly that's about it,
