I think this game deserve more than what it is now. I made this suggestions very carefully.
orks
waaagh: waaagh effect is the reason of orks dominance. 50% dmg bonus and speed, it's just insanse buff. It also increase ability dmg like stick bomb, if i'm correct. waaagh nerf will fix orks
-reduce bonus to 25%-30%
-remove waaagh effect on abilities

-increase scrap blast CD to 30s
keep trukk'n doctrine : it gives 200 shield repeately and taunt. repeately free 200 shield OP.
-nerf shield to 100
suicide bommas doctrine : it nerfed before, but it still do massive dmg. trukks are supposed to be support units, not arty.
-nerf trukk bommas dmg
mega nob: he is garbage compare to gabriel or jain jar.
-increase orbital scrap charge from 3 to 4.
-increase scrap turrets radius.make it destructible.
or nerf health and make him 3 points elites.
kommando: it's so easy to lock him up in melee.
-increase shoot range a bit.
sm
las cannon : overbuffed. It's insane, need nerf.
-reduce dmg
standard banner: it gives insane buff entire sm army. with dorp pods, it gives sm huge advantage in the battle.
-reduce shield from 450 to 300
orbital bombardment: It can destroy whole army. It has massive CC. It's superior than other super abilities.
-nerf dmg
scout : only cost 200 with that speed, invi and powerful stun, doctrines. make them not spammable.
-increase cost from 200 to 250
-increase population from 5 to 6
eldar
banshee : banshee need more love. encourage to use them more.
-increase health +50
striking scropion: he is so slow without flee of foot effect.
-increase base speed
warp spiders : we want to see him more.
-nerf it and make 4 point elites.

vyper,deffkopta : make it more viable. change cost. add upgrade. Landspeeder have a good upgrade, and why they don't have upgrade?

remove region lock for god's sake.
add more contents. last stand?
add bigger maps.

Seriously, rethink whatever u thought. A few suggestions r really good but most of them r ...meh. Blind grenade can use a nerf, trukks dont need nerfs they r bad enuf, Nobz need to be out behind 4th banner OR have their stats nerfed. Deathwatch is too ridiculous Irdk wut to say bout him

Let me remind you people -AGAIN- that dark reapers are the only squad of the kind with no suppression and lowest DPS out of the three...
The only thing keeping it away from being most underpowered unit in game is true damage, which makes is just OK.

LOL, dark reapers? Maybe dont blob your infantry and then it would be fine. Have you seen the suppression on scrap lootas?Banshees dont have a leap like asm; eldar dont have vehicle like trukk to launch units like the ork. Before you say D avenger grenade, Id say check the radius of the throw.

Dont reduce the damage of the orbital bombardment however, increase cost to mayeb 3-4 elite points, so its more strategic then just spam an army wiping ability.Before anyone says that you can capture the beacon with a bonesinger or ranger squad, only a ++heresy redacted++ would leave the beacon undefended. Most of the time line infantry are in front of it.

@Gosu Dude for the last time Waaagh! isnt the sole reason why Ork is dominating. The primary reason is the cancerous Nobz rush that literally have 0 counters and the kustom forcefield that makes Waaagh! towers invincible during waaagh! channel. So by putting Nobz behind 4th banner and nerf the kustom forcefield doctrine to 50% damage reduction only then Ork is perfectly balanced. But now we need to nerf Scout spam 1st and maybe Deathwatch, they r just too broken in low leagues and team games that even 2k15 Zerg would envy them... Seriously, Relic needs to do sth NOW

Chain waaagh rush is the reason why orks so strong. I don't think kustom forcefield is OP. It only defend ranged attack for only 15 sec. Bhrui was the only orks player who use that doctrine in ESL. and I don't see any orks who use that doctrine. I'm very careful with nobz nerf. nobz are already quite useless in late game.

If nerf waaagh significantly, orks will be fine.
If relic think it is not enough, increase waaagh tower cost > 100/80. this will delay nobz.

. Ur nerfing the orc faction mechanic into the ground, instead I'd like to see a few more buffs to eldar and vehicles. I think orc really feel like they should, while eldar doesnt feel eldar at all. I can't comment too much on SM, I only see that lascannons are broken.

wraith units: they don't feel eldar!! They slowly creep like necrons over the map and ontop of that they suck vs infrantry- eldar lacks good anti infrantry when fights get
bigger, the falcon just instapop when there are a few lascannons and doesnt benifit from vehicle armor upgrades.
Eldrich storm(upgraded version) shouldnt be stunable and the eye of the storm should be smaller

Warrior Portal now gives shield regeneration in the reinforcement AoE, does not stack with Webway Gate.
Increased Shield Regeneration cost reduced to 45 power in the Soul Shrine.
- Dire Avenger
We want the overheat mechanic to play a core role in how the Dire Avengers are micro:ed and put a heavier emphasis on dishing out damage then retreating, adding on to the faction role of hit & run.
Cost increased from 330 REQ to 360 REQ
Overheat mechanic reduced by 1 seconds from 7, total of 6 second down time.
Overheat now overheats slightly quicker, damage increased, overall, slightly higher burst, slightly lower DPS.
- Howling Banshee
Banshees are currently overshadowed due to their high cost, but have a redundant itch to die as soon as something sneezes on them.
This together with increased shield regeneration, we think the Banshee will see a more prominent role in the Eldar early game.
Banshees charge trigger speed increased by 1 (possibly 2).
Base shield has been increased.
Scream will now trigger before Boyz stun.
- Dark Reaper
According to our statistical analysis, these Reapers never have their doctrines chosen.
(BASE UNIT UNCHANGED, OVERHAUL DOCTRINES.)
Beacon Proposal: Make beacon recall instant cast, beacon lasts for 60 seconds, Dark Reapers stay setup when and after recalled.
Vision in cover proposal: I dont know how to fix this, it just seems really meh and boring, and if Rangers were viable, as they should they will be the unit to go for, for vision range.

We saw Rangers underutilized in 1v1s, if used win-rates would be lower than the ones completely foregoing them. Rangers is the utility unit, foremostly tickling the opponent and causing a mental pressure on the opponent, while keeping the investment cost for getting a lot of them to delay tech quite substantially, we would like to see Eldar players utilize this unit more for its inherent utility. (Long vision range, scouting)
Research speed increased.
Power cost for researching removed.

I suggest we eldar get a shield upgrade per tier since we depend on shields more than hp. And we should have a mechanic ( maybe increase the number of portals to form a network in the webway; maybe 1 link for each production structure at T3) that scales with tiers. The orks have their waaagh, the space marine have their drop pod unlock. Maybe add in the razorback for the space marine.( They have no transport, a razoback since both the falcon and trukk can attack.) What do you think?

I see it more like orc is in a good spot(except the gimmick things mentioned above), they feel rly orky
and eldar feels pretty boring to play: going DA everygame and lacking good T2/T3 units. And wraith units and dark reapers are so slow....

We have the most useless vehicles ( except maybe the falcon but by that time sufficient AT can be fielded. All our vehicles are skimmer based. So they take bonus damage from Anti tank teams. How is the cost of the fire prisms justifiable?

In some theory the fire prism is good, but if ur not some crazy micro monsters u'll loose 4 prisms in once sec . And wraith units are a bad joke. One las got same dps as a wraithguard with bonus dps to skimmers. Ontop of that u can dodge wraithguard projectiles... Eldar t2/t3 is just not fun.

fire prism has really long range shoot, it doesn't get killed so easily in actual game play.

I agree with rangers buff. They are not viable in 1v1 due to its high cost. buff rangers.
