The purpose of these forums is to provide balance feedback to the development team that can be easily read, discussed, and evaluated. To help us achieve that goal, please read through the following rules prior to posting!
Please keep in mind that the team primarily balances around 3v3 Power Core mode, though this does not mean that only this mode is tested and considered.
Please consider that suggestions posted in this forum may not be implemented into the game.
New Rules Apply
There are additional rules to posting in the Balance Feedback forums - as outlined here.
Common Reasons For Moderation
Please familiarize yourself with our posting guidelines, which are outlined below. These guidelines exist to highlight some common examples of posts that will be moderated.
If your post has been moderated, it is your responsibility to be aware of the forum terms of use, determine what you did wrong, and ensure that your future posts follow the rules:
Angry or abusive rants will be automatically removed.
To help us understand and evaluate your feedback, please ensure that your posts are:
Do not post threads with titles that are misleading, address Relic staff, and/or include excessive symbols, capitals, or punctuation.
While we understand that everyone wants their posts to be read, threads that use this approach to garner attention will be removed.
Do not post about locked or deleted comments.
If your post has been moderated, please continue the conversation with the moderator in private message and attempt to reach a resolution. There are avenues in which to escalate moderation to Relic staff - posting about it is not one of them. Posts on this topic are subject to deletion.
Speak from your experience.
Avoid language that implies your opinions are more valid than others - such as citing player statistics, hours played, etc. Invoking a perceived majority or minority to invalidate others’ opinions is not constructive and will lead to post deletion.
Don’t make it personal.
In the end, we all want to examine game balance and proposed changes in an environment that encourages participation. If a topic shifts focus onto a person, their knowledge, or tearing their ideas down - we aren’t contributing to a substantive discussion and posts will be removed. If you feel that you're receiving personal attacks, do not respond in kind. Report the comment, ignore it, and let the moderators take it from there.
Share what you like as well!
Feedback, both positive and negative, help us to frame future balance decisions. If there’s something you like, or a balance change that feels really good - it’s important for us to know that, too!
