BOT exploit // gamebreaking bug !

Just had 2 games in a row vs the same guy.
After exactly 1 minute and 5 seconds we got kicked out of the game with an errorwindow popping up together with a game crash.
My mate also had a gamecrash.
In our matchhistory it says unfinished game but in fact we lost about 50 ranks just because we "lost" against this unranked "player".
I've tried to message this guy but it seems that it's a BOT and not a player at all !

Would like to hear something from Relic about this.
