In any case this new command doctrine might be really good, webwaygates defenitely need some love:

Partially agree except with the balance the game later part..... Its better to have races as balanced as possible before adding a new race or else it becomes alot more difficult to fix.
@Gorb , when you have time (and want), you could update the first post with the new elite unit revealed with its respectively image and the link to its characteristics.

SO tomorrow preview of 2v2 map, next day shade of orkish elite, and day after discover. Last will be a preshow of a 3v3 just before the release of the october patch !
To make new map reveal interesting, Serpent Chasm is located on Cyprus Ultima. But what's more interesting there were in that video Space Marine units, while in Shrine of Asuryan's video there where Eldar units. So I think that third map will be Ork theme.
They showed eldar in the shrine map, and now space marines in serpent chasm, I think that going by the pattern and name da extraktor is going to be a map in ork territory.

Yep, this upcoming update will be big, but very meaty.
Though I wish to see new expansion with a single or even two new races. Of course this game is unpopular, but at least I can dream of expansion still.........
I'm hoping for a enxpansion too. The new content is amazing but i would like to see 2 new factions and a campaign to know more about them. My wife didn't bought Total War Warhammer2 so we could save some money for when an expansion and paid dlcs arrives.

New factions, of course. Expansion packs are what have always introduced new factions in Dawn of War. Other changes and features usually come with them, but a new race or two is one of the centerpieces with the other being a new campaign.
