Speaking of sales, I know why Dow3 is cheaper. We have a Autumn Sale plus Black Friday!!!!
Pretty bad that doesn't end pass 6th December though. But still good that I ever bought Dow3 earlier since I couldn't wait longer than a year to play its skirmish.
Anyways, there are some games that are of course mediocre or even dead but I will gladly add them to my Library to play their skirmish with AI. These are:
Ashes of Singularity- RTS with two factions and with currently fewer players than Dow3 but still supported with updates (rumors says that this game is to get two new factions!)
Nightside - Indie RTS with currently four factions
Homeworld Deserts of Kharak- RTS with two factions, which each having additional subfaction, which gives in theory four factions.
And even, Warmachine Tactics, turn-based strategy game and the only one set in Warmachine universe, very dead, but still I find it interesting, I even played a demo and its nice. What's suprisingly to me is that the devs support is still there yet and this game is to get a new additional campaign soon.
These are games that I'm interested at the moment. Of course I'm not rich enough to buy them all, but I'm patient. Meanwhile I will play skirmish between Dow3 and other games including my newest addition, Act of Aggression.
